Stir-Fried Thai Brussels Sprouts

 4 cups Brussels sprouts
 1 tbsp Coconut oil
 2 Large garlic cloves, minced
 2 tbsp Coconut aminos
 Himalaya salt & pepper

Boil a pot of water. Add some salt and bring brussels sprouts to cook

Cook for 2 mins and drain to cool

Heat the skillet with coconut oil. Add garlic and stir till fragrance

Add brussels sprouts to stir fry. Add in coconut aminos, salt and pepper for better taste
