A Warm Welcome to – Where we help Eating Ketogenic with Vegetarian Easy for you.

We are Zayne & Rachie, a couple who is on an adventure exploring vegetarian and keto eating lifestyle.
Keto diet or low carb meal has received a lot of attention in the recent year with the focus of weight loss. However, we started this amazing journey not looking for another temporary diet plan or diet challenge to lose weight. We are looking for a change in our eating habits, our lifestyle by adopting a simple vegetarian ketogenic diet to have a long-term healthier body for us and our family & friends.

And What Happen In Our Journey?

When we first started our vegetarian journey, we got so excited with the meals. Each day, we look forward to the delicious meals prepared by our mum (we are still learning to cook!). We explore different dishes and even pre-made vegetarian meals directly from stores.

And down the road in 5  months time, we realised something…

Despite our usual routine exercise, our weight seems to be growing. Bit by bit, my weight (Rachie) has increased by almost 3 KGs!

That was serious, really…

We believe you might have noticed the same thing – you’ve gain weight after turning to vegetarian diet. And probably some are luckier to gain like 1 to 2 KGs, while some are not so lucky (like me!) that gain much more KGs on their weight.

It’s so scary and devastating… isn’t?

Maybe you’ve tried to eat lesser, exercise or even starve yourself to the point your body can’t bear with it.

How we know? Cause we have been through the whole process…

Hence, we decided to look further into vegetarian diet, the reason on the weight gain and how we can solve this issue.

And in this exploration, we came to learn and understand how to adopt this simple vegetarian keto diet with just a shift in our eating habit. No starving, no blended taste and no boring meals. We’re enjoying variety of tasty meals, eating clean & healthy while protecting lives! And we call ourselves Veketorian!

Now we want to aspires more people, people like you to integrate the power of vegetables and whole foods into your everyday meals, to improve your health more than the average non-vegetarian diet. That’s why we started this site, to share this healthy diet of vegetarian keto style in the form of recipes, grocery list, nutrition facts, meal plan & more to help you get started.

We want you to understand that you don’t require meats to fulfill your body nutrients, plant-based, eggs & dairies is enough to have your nutrition well covered.

All the recipes we share here are vegetarian and keto friendly with some recipes are suitable even for vegan (no eggs, no dairy) too.
