Spinach Pie

 ½ Small onion, chopped
 1 tsp Minced garlic
 12 Sliced mushrooms
 ¼ cup Butter
 200 g Fresh spinach leaves
 4 Eggs
 85 g Softened cream cheese
 5 ½ cups Grated cheddar cheese

Preheat skillet, add in butter and stir fry with onion, garlic and mushroom

Remove the mixutre and add spinach leaves to cook well

Whisk the eggs with cream cheese

Pour the mixture in pie plate and cover with remaining cheese

Bake the pie at 350F for 45 mins until well browned
