Preheat oven and place tomatoes cut side up on the tray
Sprinkler the oil, salt and pepper on top and bake till tender
Heat up skillet with oil and crack eggs on the pan
Cook for 3 minutes till sunny side up, serve on plate with sprinkler of parmesan cheese, salt and pepper
