Soya Milk with Sunny Sideup & Tomatoes

Yields1 Serving

 1 Medium tomatoes, halved
 2 Olive oil
 2 Eggs
 1 tbsp Grated Parmesan cheese
 1 Cup unsweetened soya milk
 Himalaya salt and black pepper

Preheat oven and place tomatoes cut side up on the tray


Sprinkler the oil, salt and pepper on top and bake till tender


Heat up skillet with oil and crack eggs on the pan


Cook for 3 minutes till sunny side up, serve on plate with sprinkler of parmesan cheese, salt and pepper
