Shiitake Mushrooms with Baby Bok Choy

 300 g Baby bok choy, washed and dry
 200 g Shiitake mushrooms, sliced
 2 Garlic cloves, minced
 5 ½ tsp Avocado oil
 1 tsp Sesame oil
 1 tsp Sesame seed
 ½ tbsp Himalaysa salt

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add avocado oil

When hot, add garlic and stir fry till fragrant

Add in sliced mushrooms and stir

Add in bok choy and fried for 2 to 3 mins until crisp

Season the taste with salt. Add sesame seed & oil before serving
