Roasted Lemon Garlic Broccoli

 2 Brunch of broccoli, separated into floral pieces
 2 tbsp Olive oil
 2 Cloves garlic, minced
 ½ tsp Lemon juice
 Himalaya salt and pepper to taste

Wash the broccoli clean and dry

Preheat oven to 400F and prepare baking sheet on tray

Spread the broccoli on the tray

Mix the olive oil with salt pepper and minced garlic

Brush the mixture on the broccoli and bring it to oven

Bake it for 8 mins and turn it when slightly browned. Repeat till both side crispy.

Sprinkle the lemon juice on broccoli before serve
