Curry Cheese Scrambled Eggs

 ¼ tsp Curry powder
 2 Large eggs
 2 tbsp Cheddar cheese, shredded
 ½ tsp Unsalted butter
 Himalaya salt and pepper for taste

Crack the eggs on a bowl and add curry powder, salt and pepper to mix


Preheat a skillet and place the butter to melt


Once heated, pour the egg mixture onto skillets to cook


Keep stirring to prevent burnt. Cook for 3 minutes till done
