Boil a pot of water and cook the egg for 10 mins
Remove eggs and leave to cool. Peel off the shelves after cool
Cut the eggs halves and scoop the yolks
Mix yolks with olive oil, avocado, salts and pepper
Scoop the mixture back to egg whites
