Asian Zucchini Noodles

Yields1 Serving

 450 g Zucchini, cut into noodles
 2 Green onions
 ½ tbsp Coconut oil
 ½ tbsp Sesame oil
 2 Cove garlic, minced
 2 tsp Ginger, minced
 3 tbsp Coconut aminos
 1 tbsp Sesame seeds

Press the cut zucchini noodles on paper towel to remove water


Preheat pan and add coconut oil, sesame oil, garlic, ginger and onion to stir fry until fragrance


Add noodles and cook for 3 mins. Add aminos and continue to stir fry till tender. Serve with sesame seeds.
