Keto Coffee Cake

 6 Large eggs, separated
 ¼ tsp Liquid Stevia
 2 tsp Vanilla extract
 2 tsp Cream of tartar
 5 ½ cups Almond flour
 1 tbsp Cinnamon
 ¼ cup Butter
 170 g cream cheese
 ½ cup Walnut

Preheat over to 320F and separate egg yolks from egg whites

Whisk egg yolks with stevia, cheese, vanilla extract, butter and almond flour

Whip egg whites with cream of tar tar

Mix the egg white mixture with yolk mixture slowly until dough forms

Pour base on cake pan and top with cinnamon & walnut

Bake for 30 mins and cool before serving
