 1 tsp Coriander seeds
 1 tsp Cumin seeds
 1 tsp Curry powder
 1 tsp Turmeric powder
 1 Large cauliflower
 Himalaya salt and black pepper

Wash the mushroom and remove the stalks

Preheat the oven to 350F, place the baking sheet on tray

Minced the parsley leaves and thyme

Mix the minced herb with olive oil and place on mushroom

Sprinkler salt and black pepper, leave the mushroom to bake until soften
