
Cook the egg in boiling water for 8 minutes
Cool the eggs and crack the shelf well
Boil the water in med size pot, add in soy sauce, salt, star anise, cinnamon stick, & brew black tea to boil (keep the heat slow and cool)
Add the eggs into the pot and boil for another 2 hours
Serve while hot
