Cauliflower Fried Rice

 1 Medium-sized cauliflower
 1 tbsp Sesame oil
 2 Garlic cloves, minced
 2 Eggs
 3 tbsp Coconut aminos
 6 Green onions, minced

Use a grater to shred cauliflower until small rice size

Heat skillet with sesame oil, add in garlic and stir fry till fragrance

Add in cauliflower and stir fry till soft

Add the eggs and onions, stir well

Add aminos and stir well before serve
