Bulletproof Coffee with Almond Bread

 2 cups Freshly Brewed Hot Coffee
 2 tbsp Grass Fed Butter
 1 tbsp MCT Oil or Coconut Oil
 ½ Avocado, ripe
 5 ½ cups Almond Flour
 4 tbsp Melted Butter
 3 tsp Baking Powder
 6 Eggs

Combine hot coffee with butter and oil, blend till smooth

Beat egg whites until soft peaks

Combine egg yolks with melted butter, almond flour, baking powder and beat well. Add in beaten egg white and mix well

Bake the mixture in 375F for 30 minutes

Serve almond bread with avocado
