 4 Quail eggs
 1 tbsp Chives, chopped
 1 Avocados
 Himalaya salt and black pepper to taste

Preheat over to 400F

Slice avocado into halves and remove pit

Wrap baking tray with baking sheet

Place avocado on tray and crack egg on avocado. Sprinkle salt and pepper

Bake for 15 mins until egg is cooked

Add chopped chives and serve
